Shipleys is delighted to sponsor the International Business Structuring Association's (IBSA) Autumn conference, with Ben Bidnell joining the panel of expert speakers. The conference will focus on an entrepreneurial case study to examine insolvency, restructuring and refinancing opportunities.

11 October 2021

The International Business Structuring Association (IBSA) Autumn Conference will take place online on Thursday 4 November at 14:00-18:00 GMT.

Over two interactive discussions, 14 professional advisors of various disciplines will examine the journey two entrepreneurs undertake as they navigate the ups and downs of their business, and the various personal, legal, and financial complications that occur along the way.

They will explore how the entrepreneurs can resurrect their business model, focusing on IP, insolvency procedures, corporate restructuring and refinancing opportunities, for ultimate success.
