Shipleys LLP is once again delighted to sponsor the International Business Structuring Association's (IBSA) Spring conference. Ben Bidnell, Principal at Shipleys, will be joining the panel of expert speakers.

The International Business Structuring Association (IBSA) Spring Conference takes place on Thursday 9 May, at the offices of Investec in London.

This year the focus of the conference is a fictitious case study centred around an entrepreneur’s ambition to develop a task management software company across several jurisdictions. Over the course of the afternoon event, conference delegates will discuss issues relating to:

At the end of the event, there will be a champagne reception and networking forum followed by a barbecue on the roof terrace of Investec’s offices celebrating IBSA’s 10th Anniversary.

This will provide a fantastic opportunity to connect with the speakers and to network with fellow conference attendees in a superb setting.

We are delighted to announce Shipleys’ Principal, Ben Bidnell, is joining the panel of expert speakers on the day.
