Ensuring Our Service Continuity To You

This page was last updated on December 9, 2021

The Shipleys LLP team remain focused on maintaining the high level of service we have delivered throughout the pandemic.

Updated 9 December 2021

Our key objective remains to protect the wellbeing of our people, our clients and our contacts whilst ensuring we continue to deliver a quality service.

In line with Government guidelines, we have undertaken risk assessments on our London office and Godalming office premises and introduced measures to ensure they are covid-secure for our employees.  This includes adhering to the amended regulations and adopting rigorous cleaning procedures.  We have new working practices in place to help keep everyone safe.

Our employees’ wellbeing is important to us. Following the Government announcement on 8 December 2021, our teams are now mainly working from home.  Our offices are, however, open with Covid-secure measures in place for those whose personal circumstances make home working a challenge.

MAKING THE MOST OF TECHNOLOGY

Since the pandemic began, our systems and operations have proved highly effective for remote working. These include facilities for online meetings and conference calls to enable us to deliver timely advice when our clients need it.

For now, we are endeavouring to conduct most meetings online.  If however you need to meet in-person at our offices, we have covid-secure procedures in operation and your Shipleys contact will explain these to you when the meeting is arranged.

Our marketing events will remain online until further notice.  As an example, over the past year our Godalming Business Club has worked successfully as a zoom-based event.

Our staff continue to be available, either working remotely or in the office, and please do contact them.

HOW TO CONTACT US

Our main phone lines are covered during office hours, although they can experience busy periods.  To get through quickly to your main Shipleys contact, please either:

CAN WE HELP?

The Shipleys’ team continue to monitor changes to Government measures that help businesses recover from the economic disruption of the past 2 years.  You can find our latest alerts and guidance in this area of our website.

In the meantime, please be assured that we remain ready and here to help.  If you do have any concerns or questions though, please do not hesitate to contact me
