Nigel Colson

Work and clients

Nigel works for a wide range of clients. He works for LLPs, partnerships, and corporate clients in the property, financial, publishing and media sectors assisting them with tax compliance and advisory issues. Nigel also gives general tax advice to high net worth individuals, and liaises with HMRC to resolve enquiries and other ad hoc tax issues.

The route to Shipleys

Nigel joined Shipleys in May 2005, having previously worked for Dickinsons in Rickmansworth. He trained with Bright Grahame Murray in London.

Memberships

Member of the Charted Institute of Taxation.

Interests outside work

Nigel is a sports enthusiast, he has an Arsenal season ticket and spends a lot of time watching football. He also takes part in the occasional 10km fun run.
