Mark manages a varied portfolio of mainly small and medium sized clients across a diverse range of business sectors, such as retail, manufacturing, property and construction, professional and financial services, insurance, and media & entertainment. He manages the clients audit and accounting compliance requirements, including the preparation of statutory accounts, statutory audit reporting and other general practice matters.
Mark joined Shipleys in 1998 working in the Saffron Walden office. He qualified in 2002 and moved to the London office in 2010. Mark was promoted to Director in 2017 and then in August 2023, he was promoted to a Principal of the firm.
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Association of Accounting Technicians. Mark is also a member of the firm’s Audit Technical Committee.
Mark is married to a freelance artist and has two children. He enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys most outdoor pursuits such as camping, cycling, fishing and the odd game of football.
