Gurvir joined the Shipleys’ audit department through the graduate programme. Initially working on a wide range of clients, he began specialising in the film, media and entertainment sector in 2015. His clients range from well-established independent production houses to film and TV production companies claiming tax incentives.
Gurvir joined the firm from Kings College London University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015. Gurvir was promoted to manager in May 2017 and made a Director in May 2019. In 2022 he was promoted to Principal.

Gurvir enjoys spending his spare time socialising with friends and going to the gym. Being an active member of a Boxing/ Muay Thai team he enjoys participating in combat sports although he enjoys team sports such as football and cricket just as much.
