Work and clients

Dan supports Shipleys colleagues with their personal and professional development. This means that no two days are ever the same. Dan specialises in a broad area of learning and development activites, such as induction, soft skills training, coaching and supporting various projects throughout the firm and via our membership of AGN. He greatly enjoys that his role is varied, interesting and challenging.

The route to Shipleys

Dan has been working in the Human Resources field for over twenty-five years with twenty of them spent in Learning and Development roles. He has worked across food retail, funeral and logistics sectors, as well as in head office environments. Dan joined Shipleys in December 2022.

Interests outside work

Outside of work, Dan is a keen gardener, reader, and frequenter of restaurants. When not doing those three activities he says he is being walked by his dog.
