Together we are excited to merge our strengths, solutions and sector knowledge to bolster our offering to clients and the many ways we support them. The merger also brings enhanced systems and greater career opportunities for our colleagues.

Broader expertise

For Shipleys LLP, the move strengthens our infrastructure, resources, skills and expertise to serve a broader range of clients’ interests and requirements. It will expand our services and solutions with the likes of HR consultancy, employer services, legal, digital transformation and restructuring.

While Shipleys has greatly enjoyed our involvement in AGN International, being part of the Moore Global network offers us an even stronger and deeper reach in advisory and taxation matters at national and international levels.

For Moore Kingston Smith, our industry sector specialists in film, TV and animation production, and financial services are well positioned to enhance Moore Kingston Smith’s media and fintech teams. Shipleys’ Godalming office, alongside Moore Kingston Smith’s Redhill location will further strengthen its Surrey presence.

Shared vision and values

Like Shipleys, Moore Kingston Smith was established early in the twentieth century and has strong foundations. It has grown into a leading advisory, tax and audit firm with expertise across multiple sectors, including media, nonprofit and professional services. We are joining their friendly and talented team of over 1,000 partners and people, with offices throughout the UK and Ireland.

Above all, both firms share a strong vision and values. Shipleys clients can be confident that it is ‘business as usual’ and that they can expect the same commercial approach, technical capabilities and personal touch from their dedicated Shipleys team.

Steve Foster, Managing Principal of Shipleys LLP said: “We are delighted to join Moore Kingston Smith. The firm mirrors our culture and ethos with a passion for high-quality client service and creating an enjoyable and supportive working environment. In joining their team, we look forward to merging our strengths, solutions and sector knowledge to expand our client services and support. Above all, we will continue to help our clients and people thrive.”

Matt Meadows, Managing Partner of Moore Kingston Smith comments: “We’re really excited that Shipleys has joined us, and to welcome another respected business that fits so well with who we are as a firm. Through this partnership, we’re both able to grow our teams with more talented people, enhancing the quality work we do for our clients, while broadening our solutions.”
