We currently run apprenticeship programmes within the firm’s support functions. These give school leavers an opportunity to specialise, qualify and build a career in areas such as HR, Facilities and IT.
Our friendly and supportive environment, enables apprentices to build their knowledge and gain vital experience. They are part of small teams supporting the daily operations of the firm.
Learning blends on-the-job training with classroom and e-learning courses delivered by different organisations, depending on the specialist area. These include QA and Potential Realised.
Support team members also give help, guidance and regular feedback along the way. We find this approach enables our apprentices to develop both professionally and personally, and helps to boost their knowledge and confidence.
We support colleagues through various apprenticeships levels, depending on the specialism and their experience.
